Long Distance Relative? How about a Huggalo?

Do you have long distance grandparents?  A spouse who is deployed? Or how about your child's best friend or close cousin who just moved away?  Our family managed to spread themselves all the way from New York to Australia and we (grown-up) kids swear it wasn't an attempt to devastate our parents.

A loooong time ago I found these Huggalo dolls and was waiting for a good reason to order one for someone special.  A couple of months ago a good friend and reader (you know who you are!) had and adorable baby boy while her husband was deployed.  I can't recall what jogged my memory about these super cute dolls but something did and I ordered one to give to her as a cute way to keep her husband close to her baby while he's away.

What's neat about Huggalo dolls is that they are snuggly fleece dolls with  sweet faces and a photo pocket on their bellies where you can put a picture of someone your child might be missing.  I do wish I had known about these dolls when Kayla and I traveled to Australia for a long visit two years ago.  I would have definitely brought one along with a picture of her dad.

Can you think of someone who can use a Huggalo?  You're in luck, they normally run about $20-25 but are on sale for about $10 on their site right here!
